To book, your wedding date must meet the minimum lead time for the tier you’re booking.

A no-show is missing your scheduled consultation without telling me at least 24 hours in advance. Tech failures count too if you didn’t flag them ahead.

Each tier includes one in-person site visit. Travel costs for that visit are billed at cost, separately from the planning fee. Anything significant gets your approval before booking.

You contract directly with every vendor and venue. I don’t hold supplier funds, and I don’t mark them up. Wedding insurance is recommended once you sign with a venue, and required for Take the Wheel.

Your story is yours. I’m a UK data controller under UK GDPR. I only share what vendors and venues need to do their part, and your files are kept secure. Sharing wedding photos after the event is optional, never a condition of working together.

If anything ever goes wrong on my side, illness, or emergency, I’ll propose a revised timeline or hand you over to a fully briefed substitute from my vetted network, at no extra cost.
